About the Opportunity

Project Manager – Finance & Procurement Integration (Pharmaceutical Industry)

B2B Contract with duration: Nov 2025 – 31 Aug 2026 (extendable)

Work Type: Remote (CET Time Zone)

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the integration of triggered Finance & Procurement projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget.
  • Coordinate stakeholders across global and local teams to gather requirements, provide updates, and resolve issues.
  • Oversee technical integrations, including system interfaces, data flows, and applications.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation (charter, plan, reports).
  • Identify risks, propose mitigations, and ensure smooth execution.
  • Communicate regularly with project teams, stakeholders, and senior management.
  • Provide integration support for LACAN and APMA regional projects.

About You

Previous experience in project management within the pharmaceutical industry.

Strong understanding of SAP Finance Modules and S/4HANA within the Lean Digital Core environment.

Proven track record in managing complex global integration projects.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.

Ability to work independently in a global, cross-functional team setup.
