Project Manager / IT Service Delivery Coordinator

About the Opportunity

New Role: Customer Project Manager / IT Service Delivery Manager - Infrastructure Solutions

📍 Dublin (Hybrid - 50% remote, 50% office-based + client visits)

🕒 Permanent | Reports to Director

Responsibilities

• Own service delivery for assigned clients - act as their trusted advisor
• Manage SLAs, KPIs, and ensure timely resolution of technical issues
• Coordinate internal teams to deliver infrastructure projects
• Lead service reviews and maintain documentation
• Visit client sites weekly

About You

💡 Requirements:

• Experience in IT support or infrastructure delivery roles
• Strong understanding of Windows, networking, MS365, Azure (nice to have)
• Project coordination or delivery experience
• Excellent communication & troubleshooting skills
• Full driving licence required

🎓 Degree in IT or related field | Microsoft or CCNA certs a plus
