The Role

We’re looking for a Project Manager to drive new product development projects, primarily single-use bioprocessing equipment. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure smooth delivery from concept through manufacturing.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Lead NPI projects across R&D, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Commercial teams.
• Develop and track project plans, roadmaps, and budgets.
• Facilitate meetings, design reviews, and prototype testing.
• Support documentation creation and technical transfer to manufacturing.
• Identify and resolve risks and roadblocks to keep projects on track.

Eligibility

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5–10 years’ experience managing product development projects (life sciences, biotech, or industrial equipment preferred).
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools (Smartsheet, Trello) and ability to review technical drawings.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe, Asia, or the US.
