  • Lead and deliver operational readiness workstreams
  • Manage cross-functional engineering or pharmaceutical projects
  • Develop and manage integrated readiness plans
  • Introduce and maintain metrics, dashboards, and KPIs
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks

About You

The ideal candidate thrives in complex environments, excels at stakeholder management, and champions continuous improvement.

Eligibility

  • 5–12 years' experience in managing engineering or pharmaceutical projects
  • Degree in Engineering or Science
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and leadership skills
