Responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor project delivery in terms of schedule, interface, cost, variations, contract, and risk
• Develop and ensure alignment with the Project Execution Plan
• Lead project coordination and interface considerations at all stages
• Maintain the Responsible / Accountable / Consulted / Informed task tracker
• Manage design consultants and external service providers
• Communicate design acceptance and changes to relevant team members and stakeholders
• Report monthly on project tasks and progress
• Identify opportunities to improve project management procedures
• Manage change control process and project information flow

About You

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years experience in Construction / Infrastructure sector
• Understanding of operating in a live airport site
• Experience in documenting construction project management policies and standards
• Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
• Experience as a client’s project manager
• Experience in stakeholder management and process improvement
