Barden has been asked to act on behalf of the Group Head of Change with a large Irish company to support the appointment of a project manager to lead a critical module in an expansive strategic transformation initiative.

Working directly with the Head of FP&A this role will involve transforming workforce planning and operational administration across 100s of entities nationally; moving them from physical to digital and enabling leadership to understand and better lead their businesses.

* If you're an experienced Project Manager looking for an opportunity to make a real difference, then this might be for you.
* Got retail, FMCG or similar experience then great; got a great attitude, strong project management skills and the ability to influence right up to C level, then even better - personal characteristics trump industry experience for us every time.
