About the Opportunity

Taskify is seeking skilled Project Managers for a pioneering AI research initiative focused on building agentic workflows — structured processes that capture how experts truly think, reason, and solve complex problems. Responsibilities

• Translate domain knowledge into clear, structured instructions (SOPs, rubrics, evaluation criteria) designed for AI consumption.
• Design realistic tasks and scenarios that reflect authentic daily work in Project Management.
• Collaborate with fellow experts to refine and validate workflows for clarity, reproducibility, and accuracy.
• Work closely with AI researchers and engineers to ensure workflow operationalization into agent environments.
• Identify opportunities for AI to augment or replicate expert decision-making in Project Management.

About You

Minimum 3 years' proven experience in project management. Exceptional ability to communicate and structure complex processes step-by-step. Experience in research, teaching, or technical writing is a plus. Passionate about bridging professional expertise with cutting-edge AI innovation.

Eligibility

~10 hours/week for 3 weeks, remote and flexible. Potential to extend or bring additional experts as the project evolves. Competitive hourly compensation; payments processed via Stripe Connect. Independent contractor engagement with prompt payouts for services rendered.
