Regional Facilities Project Manager – Onboarding
Purpose of Role
As ISP’s Regional Facilities Project Manager - Onboarding, you will be primarily responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of all assigned projects and compliant management of the Group’s growing regional property portfolio. You will play a key supporting role in the planning and delivery of new schools joining ISP Europe infrastructure expansion, enhancement, and renovation projects. The role demands an ability to build strong relationships with individual school leaders, external stakeholders, and regional management team, while delivering positive outcomes at the local and regional level. The Regional Facilities Project Manager - Onboarding reports directly into the Regional Head of Property. The role may be based in Poland, Italy, Greece, with extensive travel to other school sites as required to support onboarding and compliance activities.
Professional Qualified Architect, Engineer, or business (University Degree)
Master’s degree on Facility Management/Asset Management/Project Management is a plus.
2 years+ of Facilities Management experience, preferably in a multi-site environment.
Project Management Experience (including management of new buildings).
Capex Management Experience.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications is needed (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization and influence key stakeholders.
A methodical, highly organized approach to the execution of assigned tasks and responsibilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail, strong writing, interpersonal and communication skills.
Fluent English required and another of the following languages: Polish, French, Greek.
Ability to handle confidential information with maturity and discretion.
Previous experience working in the education sector would be an advantage, but not essential.
