Role: SAP Project ManagerStart: ASAPLocation: RemoteLanguage: EnglishDuration: 12 months + extension

Must-have skills/experiences/soft skills:- experience in either at least one conversion or lift&shift project- being very hands-on and pro-active- Knowledge of ECS Organization required

Tasks:Plan the complex conversion projectManaging the large SAP team consisting of technical teams and functional teamsManaging complex cutover management activities including owning/creating the cutover plan, setting up cutover governance, coordinating customer/SAP cutover teamsManaging and mitigating the Program related project risksSAP and customer teams’ coordination cross all phases, to ensure that projects adhere to scope, on time and within budgetStakeholders Management, by establishing and maintaining relationships with relevant customer stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changesAssign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and deliverables qualityEstablish quality standards and ensure these standards are metReport project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate SAP and customer management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work planOverview of all critical topics (technical, functional, project)Project controlling including tracking the forecast/actuals and CR creation
