Responsibilities

• Plan and manage SAP S/4HANA and SAP HANA project delivery.
• Oversee project governance, scheduling, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate technical and functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Manage risk, quality, and communication across all project phases.
• Engage with clients on project strategy, scope, and reporting.
• Support change management and stakeholder alignment throughout delivery.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to manage enterprise-level transformation and migration projects. The successful candidate will lead SAP delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role provides the opportunity to collaborate with global teams and senior stakeholders across various industries.

About You

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• Consultancy or professional services background managing SAP programmes.
• Strong experience with S/4HANA migrations, upgrades, or ILM implementations.
• Excellent stakeholder management, organisation, and leadership skills.
• Proven record of delivering SAP projects for large enterprise clients.

Desirable Skills

• Certification in project management (Prince2, PMP, or SAP Activate).
• Experience in data management, OpenText, or regulatory compliance.
• Knowledge of GDPR and ILM frameworks.
