Senior Contracts Manager

Our client is expanding and is on the lookout for a seasoned Mechanical Contracts Manager to join their Dublin team. The chosen candidate will play a key role in the successful delivery and stakeholder management of a significant project located in South Dublin.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan and manage project budgets and costs effectively.
* Lead project teams to ensure timely and on-budget completion of contracts.
* Work closely with stakeholders to meet all project requirements.
* Evaluate subcontractor work for quality assurance.
* Ensure compliance with current Health & Safety standards.
* Assist the project Surveyor in tracking and reporting contract costs and variations to the Construction Director.
* Identify and mitigate risks, working with design teams to ensure deadlines are met.
* Foster and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
* Ensure precision in planning and scheduling tasks.
* Develop and manage project schedules, coordinating resources as required.
* Monitor material procurement schedules to align with project timelines.

Role Requirements:

* Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services.
* Preferably 10+ years of experience in Construction or a related field.
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects successfully.
* Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
* Proficient in MS Office applications.
* Strong experience in stakeholder management.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Highly driven with strong leadership and motivational capabilities.
