About the Opportunity

We’re looking for an exceptional Senior Event Project Director to lead the design and delivery of high-impact corporate events for technology companies. This is a senior agency-side role for someone who thrives on creating world-class event experiences, managing complex projects, and building programmes that bring together leading thinkers, founders, and industry experts. You’ll be responsible for shaping and delivering a wide range of events—from executive roundtables and leadership dinners to large-scale conferences and customer summits. If you love the mix of creative strategy, commercial negotiation, and flawless delivery, this role is for you.

About You

10+ years’ experience delivering corporate events (agency or equivalent environment)

Proven track record delivering technology sector events

Experience managing both intimate executive events and large conferences

Strong venue sourcing and contract negotiation skills

A network of industry speakers, experts, and moderators

Ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders simultaneously

Commercial mindset with experience negotiating preferential supplier pricing
