Senior Finance Business Partner

HireForce is working with very successful international Irish Businesses. They are looking for a Senior Finance Business Partner to focus on areas of inefficiency and propose new strategies to tackle them, leading to increased productivity and profitability. This is a newly created role due to growth demands and will report to the Finance Director. Other responsibilities:

* Control, monitor and analyse operational and financial processes.
* Provide management indicators that enable monitoring of costs, budgets and margins.
* Collaborate with other departments to minimise expenses through cost control.
* Analyse discrepancies between budgeted forecasts and results achieved, including recommending solutions that will address difficulties encountered.
* Lead and develop the site teams so that they can support the delivery of operational/supply chain excellence.
* Develop and implement better financial systems, policies and procedures.
* Review the customer tendering process to ensure all products are costed accurately and competitively.
* To project lead a future “Warehouse Management System” for the Ireland business.
* Attendance at monthly management meetings.
* Ad-hoc reporting required by the divisional finance director/general manager.

Requirements:

* This person ideally would be a qualified accountant with previous experience in management or a supervisory role in operations/finance.
* Ability to adapt quickly to changes in systems and technology
