Implementation Project Manager – Supply chain/Wholesale/Retail 12 month fixed term contract Hybrid – 3 days in Dublin office
Our client is upgrading it ERP system which impacts on all the other systems within the organisation - systems in different areas of the business including operations, distribution, logistics, finance etc.
We are now looking to implement other systems around the core ERP system, which also means doing of infrastructure development.We have an employee who leads the setting up of projects, pmo, change, running workshops, etc. but we now want some to deliver / executive and implement.
The ideal person is someone who can deliver the projects – deal with internal / external IT teams and ensure successful delivery of Systems / Applications / ERP projects.
This senior Project Manager / Implementation Manager is a person who is comfortable to roll up their sleeves – take control and get things done.A person who is hands On with Drive, energy & enthusiasm. A candidate with strong stakeholder engagement and management skills, provide regular updates to project sponsors / exec team – ensuring projects are on time, in budget etc..
As stated a focus on project implementation and delivery – including system automation and system and infrastructure upgrades.Projects will include systems in different areas of the business including operations, distribution, logistics, finance.
The ideal candidate will have:Strong PM experience managing end-to-end change with a track record on delivery and execution.Over 5+ years' of project management / implementing ERP systems, Applications, POS, Infrastructure within Retail / Wholesale sectors.Strong technical knowledge - systems upgrades, integration, automation, migration and implementation.Strong attention to detail on status of each project.Excellent communication skills – listening, presentation and written Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills – including providing regular updates to exec team on projects.
