About the RoleWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior IT Project Manager to join a dynamic and growing global organization. This role focuses on leading business-driven digital initiatives, overseeing application development management, and delivering complex transformation programs that drive operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will have good stakeholder management skills, a strong background in application development management, and deep experience across Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary IT interface for business stakeholders, translating requirements into actionable digital projects.Lead the digital application transformation roadmap across cloud, SaaS, and on-premise platforms.Manage full project delivery lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.Build and develop high-performing internal and external delivery teams.Drive effective change management, communication, and training initiatives across the business.
Skills & Experience15+ years in IT, with at least 7 years in a senior project or program management role.Strong expertise in application development management and digital transformation.Extensive experience delivering projects using Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.Solid technical understanding of cloud-based and legacy systems.Experience in the financial services or technology sectors preferred.
