We are seeking an experienced Client-Facing Project Manager to lead and support end-to-end project delivery. In this role, you will collaborate closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure the effective management of project deliverables, including time, cost, and quality. You will be responsible for managing project plans, logs (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies), and budgets efficiently. Additionally, you will conduct business process design, testing, and end-user training involving various stakeholders. This role also involves providing client-facing support in generating innovative insights and solutions to meet client requirements. Furthermore, you will assist in client account management activities, including financial management, quality, and risk management.

Responsibilities:

* Lead and support end to end project delivery
* Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure effective management of project deliverables regarding time, cost, and quality.
* Manage project plans, logs (RAID), and budgets efficiently.
* Provide client-facing support in generating innovative insights and solutions to meet client requirements.
* Mentor Junior Colleagues
* Champion best practice and continuous improvement.

Experience:

* 5+ years’ experience in client facing project management
* Transformation and Delivery Focused
* Adept in managing large-scale projects, programmes, and transformations.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Good understanding of project governance and change management principles.
* PRINCE2 or PMP
