The Infrastructure Onshore Office is responsible for new 400 kV, 220 kV, and 110 kV station and circuit projects as well as upgrading and refurbishment projects on the existing network. Managing these projects from conceptual phase, through feasibility, statutory planning assessment and consent to handover for detailed design and construction phase.
The Network Projects Ireland team oversees the planning and implementation of power system infrastructure in Ireland, with a focus on enhancing the power grid by integrating renewable sources and ensuring a resilient and sustainable power network.
