About the Opportunity

Role: European Project Director – Data Centres & Pharma Europe (Any Base Location) €140k–€180k+ Package

We’re hiring a European Project Director – Mission Critical Construction for a major contractor entering the European market, delivering €100m–€500m Data Centre and Pharma projects across the region. Full rotation, flights and accommodation provided.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle delivery of large‑scale Data Centre & Pharma builds
• Oversee CSA, MEP, commissioning and validation teams
• Manage subcontractors, supply chain and high‑value packages
• Drive programme, safety, quality and commercial performance
• Act as the senior client interface across multiple European sites

About You

• 5+ years with a Tier 1 General Contractor
• Proven experience delivering €100m+ mission‑critical projects
• Strong technical grounding in CSA/MEP/commissioning
• Ability to lead large, multicultural teams across Europe
• Confident, client‑facing leadership style
