Responsibilities
  - Project Management
- Ideal candidate will be familiar with and have knowledge of compliance with building regulations in relation to commercial building fit-outs projects.
- Experience in surveying and report writing is desirable but not essential.
- End to End project support from feasibility to planning, execution and delivery of projects, delivered within scope, budget, and scheduled constraints.
- Managing the flow of the project information between the team and associated department through regular meetings and written communication.
- Liaising with brands and contractors to deliver bespoke projects within retail stores.
- Monitoring and control of projects including tracking, progress reporting and identifying potential risks and opportunities.

Your Profile
Your Knowledge, Skills And Experience Include:
  - 5+ years of Project Management experience with a Construction Contractor or Local Consultancy.
- Relevant third level qualification in Construction Management/Engineering or a related field.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Excellent level of report writing skills.
- Exceptional communication and computer skills.
- Motivated and diligent team player who will go the extra mile.

Additional Information
This is a permanent contract subject to a six-month probationary period. The successful candidate will be required to attend a company induction day in Dublin City Centre.
