Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of a scope of work, priorities & KPIs
• Assist in the development of the Project Execution Plan
• Document, minute and track actions and outcomes from Project meetings
• Support and where appropriate lead on actively managing the project in construction through tracking planned v actual progress
• Develop and manage relationships with Contractors, Design Team, Client Representative and any other relative third parties

About You

Experience and Qualifications:

• 3+ years Construction Project Management experience
• A track record in working on or leading capital works projects
• Experience in Client-Side Project Managers, Project Management Consultancy, Building Contractor roles

Eligibility

A relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or other construction related discipline. Project management professional certification is preferable but not essential.
