Senior Project Manager

I am seeking a Senior Project Manager on behalf of one of Ireland’s most reputable Main Contractors. The successful candidate will be based on a large-scale mixed-use development (€200m+), and alongside the Contracts Manager will be responsible for the overall running of the job. Your main duties will include, but not be limited to;

* Project Management, in compliance with company policies, procedures and Building Regulations
* Chair Co-ordinate Site Meetings with the Design Team & Subcontractors
* Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, building regulations and good building practice
* Monitor construction, with regard to quality of workmanship and materials
* Providing advice on the management of the project
* Making sure that all the aims of the project are met along with quality standards
* Monitoring sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are maintained
* Agreeing programme and delivering the project in accordance with same
* Delivering the project with the highest quality and within budget
* Working with the Health & Safety Department to ensure safety standards are met and exceeded at all times

To be successful in your application you will possess the following;

* Ideally degree qualified with a Minimum of 7 years +’ experience as a Project Manager with Main Contractor in Ireland or the UK
* Excellent negotiation/communication skills, confidence in making decisions, and strong commercial awareness
* IT Skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, Planning Software - Microsoft Project, Asta or the like would be an advantage
