Site Manager

Job Description

A well-established leading Main Contractor in Dublin is seeking a Site Manager with over 5 years of experience in construction management.

Role:

* Site manager will collaborate closely with the onsite team, including subcontractors, engineers, and management, to coordinate and manage all onsite activities.
* Planning and supervising the setup of the site, ensuring that necessary facilities are in place before the project launch.
* Taking responsibility for the adherence to HSEQS protocols on sites at all times.
* Site manager will be responsible for upholding quality control procedures consistently and reporting findings to the Regional Director.

Requirements:

* 3rd level qualification completed in relation to the industry or Trades qualified.
* 3+ years’ experience in construction management.

Benefits:

* Salary circa €75k-€85k
