Responsibilities

  • Ensure internal project management system reflects accurate project milestones, budgets, timelines, billing methods and assignment of resources as per signed client contracts
  • Proactively communicate potential change orders to Business Development
  • Minimize client disputes by ensuring accurate and timely invoicing of projects every month
  • Prepare projects for archiving in company’s project management software and electronic document management system
  • Conduct project setup, maintenance, and invoicing in project management software
  • Follow up on actionable items from meetings and decisions and involve key stakeholders as needed
  • Evaluate potential project risks and provide solutions where applicable
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues
  • Manage project related correspondence and document project decisions
  • Meet deadlines, and complete other essential daily and long-term activities
  • Mentor and train new Project Coordinators
  • Serve as back-up to project managers as necessary to support the business
  • Focus on improving and facilitating work-flow processes in accordance with the company policies and procedures
  • Perform other responsibilities as directed

About You

BA/BS Degree Background in pharmaceuticals and/or science and technical industries preferred. Order-To-Cash and Accounts Receivable experience of 5-7 years. Rebates and Incentive experience with client Contract translation and analysis of 2-3 years. Prior Project Management, Transition and Training experience preferred. Proactive, detail oriented, highly organized, and able to multitask. Outgoing, professional, engaging, and personable. Ability to provide high-quality customer service and follow through on all assignments. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Proficient in Microsoft applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, across all levels of the organization. Demonstrated problem solving skills with proven success in Client Account Reconciliation, Dispute Management and strong Customer Service experience.
