Technical Project Coordinator

About the Opportunity

PFH Technology is seeking a Technical Project Coordinator to join our team in Cork on a 12-month contract with potential for extension.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update knowledge database of known issues
  • Manage ticket allocation within the team
  • Report on SLA compliance
  • Analyze ticket volume and propose mitigation strategy
  • Organize work schedules and plan project work
  • Ensure delivery of Level 1 support and escalate tickets to relevant third parties

About You

Education requirements:

  • Azure Boards Knowledge (DevOps)
  • Cloud Foundational Knowledge (AZ-900)
