Technical Project Manager

About the Opportunity

Realtime Recruitment is seeking an experienced and motivated Technical Project Manager to join a leading financial services organisation based in Dublin. This is a hybrid role offering the opportunity to deliver impactful technology projects in a dynamic, regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end technical projects across systems, infrastructure, and regulatory change.
• Define scope, objectives, timelines, and resources for projects.
• Manage budgets, risks, dependencies, and report project progress.
• Collaborate with analysts, developers, testers, and vendors.
• Apply both Agile and Waterfall methodologies as appropriate.

About You

5+ years’ project management experience, ideally in financial services or technology.
Proven track record delivering complex projects in a regulated environment.
Good understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and software development lifecycles.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Relevant project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) desirable.
Experience with Temenos/T24 is a must have.
