About Your New Job
As the Technical and Projects Manager, you will:
* Lead and coordinate FM technical projects and small works, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
* Oversee the preparation and submission of customer quotations, ranging from €10K to over €1M.
* Manage the lifecycle of projects, mitigating risks and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
* Collaborate with service managers and the PMO team to develop financial plans and support the sales process.
What Skills You Need
* Qualification in Engineering, Project Management, Building Services, or equivalent.
* Proven track record in Services, Maintenance, or HVAC is a must have.
* Strong understanding of Health and Safety, Quality Management, and automation systems.
* Excellent client-facing, organizational, and communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
