University College Dublin’s Professional Academy is seeking a Corporate Training Project Manager with a strong corporate training background to drive its corporate product function.

The Corporate Learning Project Manager is a permanent role responsible for understanding corporate requirements, proposing courses and programmes that support those requirements, and ensuring the smooth delivery of all learning solutions in collaboration with other departments. The successful individual will work alongside the Head of Product & Course Development and other Learning Project Managers to apply and refine a corporate customer engagement process, understand requirements, determine course fit and feasibility, and collaborate in all aspects of preparation, delivery, corporate liaising and reporting necessary to successfully deliver to our corporate customers. The role also involves understanding our course development process, LMS administrative processes, and proposing improvements.

You will be experienced in training needs analysis, selecting and combining from a portfolio of existing courses to address specific outcomes as specified by the customer. You have project managed course delivery, including enrolments, sourcing and liaising with lecturers, arranging course logistics and reporting. You are a confident communicator, and find yourself at ease collaborating with various departments, and presenting course information to senior audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

This role is responsible for the end to end project management of the delivery. This includes:

* Scope new opportunities by engaging with the Corporate Sales team and corporate customers and understanding their needs
* Enable great learning solutions by interpreting customer needs, selecting curriculum from our existing portfolio, and creating custom solutions that address the customer’s needs
* Ensure quality by following and improving a defined corporate engagement process, documenting decisions, keeping the customer’s learning goals in mind, managing and supporting delivery, monitoring student and customer feedback, identifying and implementing improvements

Skills and Requirements:

* At least two years’ experience in training needs analysis in a corporate setting
* Experience selecting and presenting learning solutions to decision makers
* Project management experience in the entire training lifecycle, from needs analysis to course logistics, delivery, communications and final reports
* Curious and inquisitive, willing to learn more, and to learn about learning
* Course development experience a plus
* Moodle LMS experience a plus
