The role

As an Ultrasound Applications Specialist, you’ll support the sales team in generating new sales growth for a leading Ultrasound equipment portfolio by providing clinical and technical support for our client’s customers. Exceptional customer service will be your priority - you’ll use your expertise to provide product demonstrations at customer sites, hospitals, and conferences, ensuring all equipment is demonstrated to its best advantage.

Other responsibilities include:

* Managing all post-sales customer product and applications training
* Liaising with the Sales & Product Manager to ensure that the latest information is available for users, including attending international meetings
* Managing the customer feedback loop at all stages of the sales process
* Supplying feedback to the management teams
* Identifying and documenting all key influencers within your accounts
* Providing support at courses delivered by key accounts/customers
* Regularly visiting customer sites to ensure satisfaction
* Contributing to the development and implementation of local marketing strategies
* Creating supporting documentation for products including formal applications reports

The requirements

You’ll have at least one year’s experience working as a Qualified Sonographer in a clinical ultrasound environment, as well as:

* Degree Educated in a relevant discipline
* Experience working within the commercial sector, with demonstrable customer service skills, is desirable
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Comfortable working autonomously and as part of a team
* Highly organised and able to prioritise effectively
* A full UK driving licence and willing to travel across the territory
* Fast learner who is positive, driven, and keen to progress
* Driven, energetic and charismatic
