Duties And Responsibilities
Project Management Responsibilities:
Project management of strategic plan work streams. Prepare project management communication update of strategic plan all work
streams.
Quality & Service Reporting
Preparation of KPI dashboards for Board and Senior Management review monthly
or quarterly.
Communications Support To CEO
Preparation of communication material for CA Group seminars, newsletters, news
events.
Coordination of CA Group seminars onsite. Coordination of CA Group Ireland working groups. Drafting internal CEO communications. Preparation and coordination of Board material, business activity reporting. Participation in CACI culture projects such as Great Place to Work and Culture & Values Committee.
Partnership Management
Assist the Chief of Staff in managing partnerships between the CEO and strategic
French organizations, including the France Ireland Chamber of Commerce, French Tech Dublin, and Business France, to strengthen CACI's collaboration within the Franco-Irish innovation ecosystem.
External Communication
Managing the external communication, specifically the CACI LinkedIn page.
Event Management
Lead the organisation, planning, coordination, and management of events.
