Due to continued growth, we are currently hiring a Senior Project Manager to join our team in Dublin or Cork. emagine is a high-end professional services consultancy and solutions firm specialising in providing business and technology services to clients in all sectors.

You will be responsible for driving the rollout of a Data Competency Center, focusing on asset data governance within the organization.

A snapshot of your key responsibilities:

Define and drive the overall direction and strategy for the project. Ensure the project is properly scoped, requirements are gathered, and refined to align with business needs. Define and implement a structured database, ensuring alignment between the new repository and existing systems (Maximo, GIS). Apply a structured methodology (PMP framework) to project execution: Initiation, Planning, Phase Gate Reviews, Execution, and Closure. Ensure effective governance, decision-making, and adhere to defined processes. Influence and engage the steering committee, securing stakeholder alignment. Drive organizational transformation, ensuring stakeholders are brought along on the journey from an early stage. Anticipate and address the downstream impacts (both positive and negative) of project implementation. Foster a customer-centric and asset-driven mindset, aligning project goals with the broader organizational strategy.

Requirements:

7+ years of experience managing large-scale transformation projects, with a structured methodology (PMP). Experience working with structured phase gate project frameworks. Ability to build and present business cases at early project stages. Strong experience engaging steering committees and key decision-makers. Understanding of data governance frameworks/database structuring principles. Change Management, strong communication and leadership skills to guide teams through transformational initiatives. Proven ability to drive organizational change and engage stakeholders effectively. Desirable: Familiarity with asset management systems (Maximo, GIS).
