Job Overview:We are seeking an experienced Conference Producer with a strong background in organizing and executing events focused on gaming industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the gaming ecosystem. As a Conference Producer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing high-quality conferences that bring together industry experts, thought leaders, and stakeholders in the gaming space.
Responsibilities:Content Development: Research gaming technologies, collaborate with experts, and create engaging session topics.Speaker Acquisition: Identify and invite high-profile speakers, ensuring alignment with conference objectives.Logistics and Operations: Coordinate event logistics, venue selection, and collaborate with the events team.Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing strategies, collaborate with the marketing team for effective promotion.Audience Engagement: Foster a positive environment for networking and collaboration, seek feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.Proven experience in Conference Production, preferably in Web3 events.Strong understanding of blockchain, decentralized applications, and the Web3 ecosystem.Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in event management tools and platforms.
