A leading Irish Main Contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager for multiple Data Centre Projects, based mainly in Blanchardstown, Dublin.

Project Manager Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the end-to-end delivery of data centre projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, subcontractors, and site staff Ensure strict adherence to project budgets and financial controls Ensure all works meet or exceed quality standards and specifications Oversee the preparation and submission of project documentation, including BCAR compliance where applicable

Project Manager Key Requirements:

Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline Minimum of 6 years’ experience with a main contractor, including at least 2 years on data centre projects Proven track record of delivering large-scale and complex construction projects In-depth knowledge of data centre construction requirements, including MEP coordination Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project)
