This is a Fixed Term Contract of 12 months
Key tasks:Goods receipt all dockets via GRN AppKPI review of figures being processed, daily, weekly, monthlyReceive materials and plant requisitions from project teams, review for accuracy for correct project, sub project and Work Break Down and send to Procurement (this enables to build understanding of Line Items required)Monitor and maintain orders in relation to bulk materials weeklyEstablish the site process for collection and processing of GRN’s e.g., Identify persons accountable for collection of GRN through the GRN App and manage their compliance with this activityEnsure full compliance of documentation between the GRN App and MSD 365Problem solve missing GRNs highlighting the areas of non-compliance. Liaise with accounts payable, procurement and commercial to problem solve e.g., Delivery notes not received, Quantities not in line with orders, buying and delivery of goods to siteProduce Open PO Report for site reviewMaintenance and housekeeping of projects; GRN reversal, orders and project closure.Other tasks to benefit the sites as the role progresses, determined by capacity and type of tasks.Experience required:At least 2 years’ experience in Accounts Payable or a project support role within Construction Industry
