CAD Technician/Project Coordinator

DPS Engineering are a seeking a CAD Technician/Project Coordinator for a Pharmaceutical assignment located in Ringaskiddy, Cork. This is a 12-month contract.
ResponsibilitiesJoining the Facilities Project Delivery Group you will contribute to multiple site projects.Collaborate with a team of engineers (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Structural) on project delivery.Focus on project turnover and ensuring the accuracy of drawing updates and project closure.Maintain and update standardized document indexes and CAD files.Interface with site system Meridian and assist in the change control process.Support ongoing and new projects such as sitewide process gases upgrade, process water tank distribution, and air compressor installations.Contribute to temporary boiler & burner controls upgrade and heat projects for condensate systems.Assist with facility enhancements including goods lift and lighting upgrades.
RequirementsMinimum Level 6 certificate or diploma in a relevant field.Experience working in the pharmaceutical sector, ideally in both API & Biologic plants.5 years working experience in similar roleFamiliarity with project management and engineering documentation processes.Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively with engineers.A proactive approach to problem-solving and an attention to detail.
