Project Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team and manage projects for our commercial clients in a range of sectors from hospitality, manufacturing to food production. The role involves project managing a high volume of holistic energy efficiency retrofit projects, liaising with both the client, contractors and grant funding organisation to ensure seamless delivery and communication. You will use Procore to track progress and billing across the company's current and future projects. The ideal candidate will work have a deep understanding of building services and energy efficiency, demonstrate excellent communication and ability to manage multiple project concurrently. This role requires a proactive independent and driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, changing environment and is committed to staying current with industry trends to drive innovation and process enhancements.
While this role is remote, candidates must be based in Ireland and possess a driver’s license, as the position involves frequent client site visits and monthly company training events.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage energy efficiency retrofit projects, ensuring all tasks are completed on time, within scope, and budget.Negotiate and manage contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.Ensure all projects comply with health and safety regulations and industry standards.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.Prepare financial analyses and cost estimates for projects, ensuring profitability and cost control.Manage junior project managers, delivering training to upskill your team.
Required Skills & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Project Management, Energy Engineering, or a related field.5 years proven experience in managing energy efficiency retrofit or construction projects.Proficiency in Procore software.Exceptional leadership and proven people management skills.
