We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a critical compliance project for our client. This is a unique opportunity for a results-driven professional who thrives on complex challenges and can navigate a diverse range of stakeholders. The primary focus is on compliance with the EU Methane Emission Regulation and alignment with the OGMP 2.0 framework.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership:Lead the delivery of the Methane Emission Regulation compliance project, ensuring alignment with client goals and regulatory standards.Oversee alignment with the OGMP 2.0 reporting framework for assets across multiple regions, including Scotland and Northern Ireland.Manage a robust framework for capturing and storing data from leak detection surveys and methane emissions from operational, capital works, and accidental discharges.Stakeholder Management:Engage with a diverse range of stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project deliverables and timelines.Present updates, risks, and progress to senior leadership and steering groups.Deliverables Execution:Implement changes in Maximo (e.g., job plans, PMs, and asset data capture), Business Objects (reporting), and controlled documents (e.g., work instructions and procedures).Facilitate the procurement of new technology, including flare stacks, gas detection and quantification equipment, and recompression units.Drive capital works on existing installations to minimise methane emissions.Generate Emission Factors, Activity Factors, and comprehensive reports for submission to the competent authority.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager, a focus on compliance and regulatory projects would be an advantage.Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence diverse teams and senior leaders.Experience in managing procurement and capital works projects.Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage complex deliverables across multiple regions.

This role is offered on a 3-day-per-week basis, with the option to support a Cyber Security project for the remaining 2 days if the seeking a full-time opportunity. 2 days/per week onsite. 6 month initial contract.
