As our new Global Sales Manager for AWS Distribution, you will define and execute the overall plan, covering business goals, sales strategies, marketing, operations, and enablement. You will ensure alignment of country-specific initiatives with strategic objectives across Europe and support the rapid ramp-up of new hires and countries. Additionally, you will serve as the primary interface with AWS for business reviews and planning.
Other responsibilities will include Define value proposition and GTM strategy, ensuring local and global alignment Achieve commercial targets, including Gross Profit, Net New Customers, and Cross Sell/Upsell Build and maintain a strong relationship with the AWS team for Distribution Identify and engage suitable prospects using various outreach methods, guiding them through closing Share successes and best practices with others, fostering continuous learning and inspiration
Your Competencies 3+ years of experience as a product or business development manager focusing on AWS 5+ years of experience in IT sales Experience working with vendors, partners, professional services firms, or distributors Ability to understand MSP needs and develop scalable programs
