BI Manager – iGaming

Job Description

Our client, a subsidiary of a leading gaming operator, is seeking talented professionals to join their new office in Tbilisi, Georgia. They are currently looking for a BI Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities:Develop and implement a comprehensive BI strategy aligned with the company's goals.Identify KPIs and reporting frameworks to support business objectives.Oversee the collection, organization, and analysis of large datasets from various sources, including gaming platforms, payment systems, and marketing channels.Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory requirements.Analyse player behaviour, game performance, and marketing effectiveness.Provide actionable insights to optimize customer retention, acquisition, and overall revenue.Ensure BI processes and data management adhere to Curacao licensing requirements and relevant international standards.Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure audit readiness and regulatory reporting.Lead a team of BI analysts and data specialists, providing mentorship and support.Collaborate with stakeholders from marketing, product, finance, and operations to address data-driven business challenges.Manage the implementation and maintenance of BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).Stay updated on the latest technologies and trends in BI and iGaming.Develop real-time dashboards and regular reports to track business performance.Communicate insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.5+ years of experience in a BI or data management role, preferably in the iGaming industry.Proven expertise in Curacao licensing requirements and compliance frameworks.Demonstrated ability to manage and analyse complex data environments.Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, or Looker.Strong SQL and database management skills.Knowledge of programming languages like Python or R is a plus.Deep understanding of iGaming operations, including player lifecycle management, game mechanics, and payment systems.Familiarity with Curacao eGaming regulatory requirements.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.Leadership experience with cross-functional teams.
