The Expertise We’re Looking For
6+ years of experience in software delivery, with at least 4 years of experience in a scrum master roleStrong proficiency and experience with Agile practices, processes, and artifactsSolid understanding of the analysis/development/testing project life cycleExperience leading Agile Scrum TeamsExperience with Jira, Jira Align, Microsoft Excel Experience in delivering program status to senior executivesCertified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred
The Purpose of Your Role
As a Scrum Master on the SAT Account Management product area, you will lead multiple Scrum Teams through the agile delivery lifecycle. You will collaborate closely with Product Owners and Engineering leads to understand and help with backlog execution. You will work squads to ensure best agile practices are adopted, promote a culture of continuous improvement, and provide support via servant leadership. You will be an integral part of the overall delivery lifecycle. You will have responsibility for release management coordination and participate in scaling events and activities as you facilitate interdependencies across squads and product areas. This position will be located in Galway.
