About the Role:We are seeking an experienced D365 F&O Project Manager to lead a global Dynamics 365 implementation for a multinational retailer. You will oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring a smooth deployment across multiple countries while managing cross-functional teams and key stakeholders.
This is a high-impact role where you will play a crucial part in driving digital transformation for a leading retail organisation. This role will be primarily remote, with occasional travel to various European locations to meet with stakeholders and teams.
Key Responsibilities:Develop comprehensive project plans, covering scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.Lead and motivate global project teams, including internal resources and external partners.Build and maintain strong relationships with executive sponsors, business users, and IT teams.Oversee the implementation of D365 F&O components, ensuring successful deployment and adoption.Manage data migration, system integrations, and configuration activities.Consider cultural and language differences when managing multi-country implementations.Drive change management strategies to support business process transformation.Provide training and support to end-users for successful system adoption.
Required Qualifications:Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally in ERP or CRM implementations.Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 F&O and its key modules.Experience leading complex, global projects, preferably in the retail industry.Expertise in stakeholder management, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.Knowledge of agile project management methodologies.Fluency in English is required; French is a plus.
