Project Proposal Manager (Inland Lead) – Rolling Contract – Offshore Wind project
We are seeking a driven and experienced Project Proposal Manager (Offshore) to join a leading global infrastructure organisation. As part of the Global Infrastructure Division, you will lead the project management proposals for offshore wind projects across Europe. This pivotal role involves developing competitive and cost-effective strategies, ensuring accurate and efficient project planning, and delivering successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the preparation and delivery of project management proposals during the sales phase.Collaborate with internal departments, including sales, solutions, and project delivery teams.Identify, assess, and quantify project risks and opportunities.Liaise directly with clients to ensure project requirements are met.Develop and present execution strategies, project schedules, and tender documentation.Monitor market trends and conduct cost analyses to maintain competitiveness.Support procurement efforts for logistics, cranes, and installation solutions.Manage the handover of project proposals to the execution team.
About You:
Degree in a relevant engineering discipline.10+ years of experience in project or proposal management, with a strong background in offshore wind farm project sales, transport, cranes, or management.Proficient IT skills, including MS Office and SharePoint.Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver results under tight deadlines.
