Role Responsibilities:
Customer & Project Coordination:Act as the primary liaison between customers and the team, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project requirements.Discuss customer needs and expectations, ensuring that deliverables meet their objectives.Review work before delivery, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines.Manage project timelines, ensuring that deadlines are met and proactively addressing any delays.Track progress on assigned tasks, following up as needed to optimize workflows and maintain efficiency.
Administrative & Personal Assistant Duties:Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and handle correspondence.Organize and maintain files, documents, and records.Handle confidential information with discretion.Assist with travel planning and personal tasks as needed.
Account Management & Financial Tasks:Send invoices, track payments, and follow up with customers regarding financial matters.Coordinate with the accountant for tax submissions and financial reconciliations.Monitor and manage expenses to ensure accurate financial records.
Must-Have Qualifications:Exceptional writing skills – ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling communication.Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal, with the ability to manage customer expectations and internal team alignment.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to focus and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.Must be based in Dublin.
Good to Have:Comfortable in front of the camera for social media content creation.Creativity and an understanding of creative projects.Familiarity with social media content creation and best practices in social media management.Strategic thinking and the ability to provide solutions that align with both client expectations and internal processes.Having your own car and being able to drive - as the role may involve traveling to client sites for video shoots, creative projects and other meetings.
