Vickerstock are working in partnership with a leading contractor on the appointment of a Construction Project Manager for their Dundalk project. The ProjectA medium sized Commercial Project in Dundalk. Project is due to last 2 years, with 2 phases totalling around €18m in value. The project is in very early stages.Your role as Construction Project ManagerManage on-site operations, including specifications, timelines, and budgets.Liaise with clients and design teams Review project progress and ensure contractual obligations are completedOversee procurement and materials managementDirect and supervise the Site Engineer and Site Manager Identify and resolve risks Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards What you'll need to be successful as Construction Project Manager8+ years experience in ConstructionStrong experience in Commercial ConstructionKnowledge of Irish codes and regulationsCSR Card To discuss this vacancy speak to Bea Holland at Vickerstock
