Junior Civil Project Manager

About Your New CompanyThey are a prominent international company specializing in the construction, maintenance, and development of transport infrastructure projects. With a strong presence across Ireland, they focus on bitumen distribution and providing specialized road maintenance services for national and local road networks.
Your New RoleYour new company are looking for a Junior Project Manager to manage various road construction and maintenance projects across the Dublin / Leinster area. This entry-level management role will provide the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in overseeing project progress, coordinating teams, and ensuring that all work is carried out according to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:Assist in managing day-to-day site operations for asphalt and civils crews.Help prepare and update site progress reports.Coordinate the ordering and tracking of materials needed for projects.Ensure that Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and procedures are followed on site.Support the use of GPS for setting out, measuring, and maintaining as-built records.Assist in tracking and managing project costs.Aid in applying for road opening licenses and preparing traffic management plans.Prepare and maintain relevant project documentation and safety files.
What Skills You NeedMinimum 2 years civil site experience in IrelandIdeally worked on roading / infrastructure projectsDegree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar design software.Basic experience with GPS systems for site measurements and setting out.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Full driving license.
