Senior Project Manager

Senior Project Manager required for a Tier 1 Main Building Contractor to work on a large high end project in Central Dublin (easily accessible from most public transport routes or parking available). This project is still in early stages and has an expected duration of about 2 years. Our client has a strong pipeline of projects in the Dublin area and are heading into one of their busiest years in history. This role will suit the PM who has delivered large residential and commercial projects previously.

Responsibilities

Complete responsibility for project deliveryManage the project through all stages from specification development, procurement, design, construction commissioning to handoverManage the relationships with design team, subcontractors and utilities for the duration of the projectWork closely internally with the commercial department, finance department and technical departmentEnsuring that the Snagging, de-snagging and lock up protocol of all internal fit our works through to Build completion

Requirements

Degree QualifiedWorked as a PM on large building projects in Ireland or the UK for 5+ yearsPrevious experience delivering large scale building projects working for the main contractorMinimum 7 years main contractor experience in UK or Ireland
