Facilities Project Manager

Job Description

Were seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead a comprehensive workspace optimisation and modernisation project for a respected regulatoryorganisation.

This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Dublin 2 on an initial 12-month agency contract, with the project expected to run for close to two years.

What Youll Do

Project Planning: Define and manage project objectives, timelines, and budgets for workspace improvements.Workspace Reconfiguration: Lead office floor redesigns and oversee smooth staff transitions with minimal disruption.Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with internal teams, sub-tenants, landlords, and other key partners.Sustainability Focus: Ensure compliance with energy efficiency and sustainability standards.Risk & Compliance: Mitigate risks, ensure operational continuity, and maintain adherence to health and safety regulations.

What You Bring

Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).Proven experience leading large-scale workplace transformation projects.Strong communication and leadership skills.Knowledge of sustainability practices and energy efficiency requirements.Expertise in change and stakeholder management.

Desirable: Experience with hot desking systems and public procurement processes.
