Overview Of The Role

As a Senior Project Manager at Mott MacDonald, you will lead and manage complex workstreams on major infrastructure projects. You will contribute to the Environment and Water Portfolio, working with clients such as Scottish Water and Uisce Éireann.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of commission obligations and internal project performance
• Building and managing strong relationships with senior client representatives
• Establishing effective communications across project delivery, client, and stakeholder teams
• Leading problem-solving and decision-making
• Team leadership, resource planning, and management
• Controlling internal and external commercial aspects of projects

About You

Required qualifications and skills for the Senior Project Manager position:

• Engineering and/or Project Management degree or relevant extensive experience
• Member of APM, PMI, RICS, or CIOB
• Substantial project management expertise
• Strong client and stakeholder relationship building skills
• Effective communication abilities

Eligibility

Preferred, but not required qualifications and experience:

• Broad experience in the public sector environment
• Significant experience in administering a wide range of contracts
