There are no prerequisites to participate in this course. The Project Management Framework 2-day workshop is ideal for those starting out in project management.
The IPM Project Associate® certification is a perfect fit for someone who wants to get a fundamental knowledge of project management and upskill quickly with a framework and toolkit to help you start managing projects. Prior training or knowledge of project management approaches and methodologies is not required.
The course runs for 2 days, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
