Our client is a family owned Irish developer and they are looking for a Site Clerk to join their team in Longford. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role with no weekend work. The role involves supporting the site management team with everyday administrative tasks and helping the project run smoothly. Responsibilities

  • Providing day-to-day support to the Senior Project Manager and Site Manager, including coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and assisting with staff schedules.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for site visitors and handling general queries.
  • Liaising with suppliers to arrange materials and equipment, and checking delivery records and invoices.
  • Maintaining plant and equipment registers and ensuring certifications are up to date.
  • Managing project documentation, including templates, permits, checklists, RFIs, and submittals.
  • Supporting site safety administration, including inductions, training records, access control, and PPE stock.
  • Assisting with snag lists, call-back registers, and the project handover documentation.

Key skills required

1+ years of experience working in a similar role within the construction sector. Strong written and spoken communication skills.
