About the Opportunity
Matrix Recruitment are seeking a Project Coordinator/Manager for our client, a global financial services leader in Dublin City Centre. This is a 12-month contract opportunity offering you the chance to take ownership of complex projects, build strong client relationships, and collaborate with dynamic internal teams at the heart of the industry.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex onboarding projects, adhering to all governance requirements.
- Foster strong client relationships by understanding business needs and expectations.
- Work closely with internal service delivery teams.
- Coordinate internal discussions and secure required sign-offs for operating model changes.
- Escalate and manage project issues through to resolution.
Eligibility
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of registered fund or asset owner administration and service delivery.
- Experience in project management or coordination with knowledge of Transfer Agency and/or Fund Accounting.
- Experience in at least one Alternative Investment Services function such as Custody/Trustee, Transfer Agency, or Fund Accounting.
- Track record of meeting deadlines, strong relationship-building, teamwork, and ability to drive change.
