About the Opportunity
Lex Consultancy is partnering with a leading professional services firm for the appointment of a Project Coordinator for a 6-month fixed-term contract in Dublin 2. This role involves supporting a large-scale office relocation project.
Responsibilities
- Support planning and coordination of all phases of the office relocation project
- Maintain detailed project plans, schedules, trackers, and task lists
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on actions
- Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, contractors, and removal companies
- Track project timelines, dependencies, risks, and issues
- Assist with facilities coordination and asset/inventory management
- Support logistics planning including removals, deliveries, and access arrangements
- Coordinate move-related communications and updates to staff
- Maintain accurate project documentation and governance records
- Provide on-site coordination support during key move stages
About You
Essential Requirements:
- Previous experience in project coordination, facilities coordination, administration, or similar support role
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, proactive, and adaptable approach
Desirable Requirements:
- Experience supporting office moves, facilities projects, or workplace relocations
- Experience coordinating external suppliers or contractors
- Familiarity with project tracking tools and documentation management
- Experience working within a professional services environment
Benefits
