Background

Our client is an established Irish construction company with a strong track record delivering residential and commercial projects. This role will involve supporting the site management team on a large-scale development, helping with day-to-day admin and keeping things running smoothly on site in North County Dublin.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day site administration, including filing, record-keeping, and reporting.
  • Prepare and maintain site documentation, such as progress reports, health & safety records, etc.
  • Act as a point of contact for subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to keep site operations running smoothly.
  • Support budgeting activities, including cost tracking and the processing of invoices and payments.
  • Managing project documentation, including templates, permits, checklists, RFIs, and submittals.
  • Supporting site safety administration, including inductions, training records, and access control.
  • Keep plant and equipment registers up to date and ensure all certifications remain current.

Key skills required

1+ years of experience in a similar role within the construction sector.

Good teamwork and collaboration skills

Excellent document management and administration skills
